Sales & Marketing

Whether selling our brands to free trade accounts or helping our tenanted pubs to market themselves on a local level, our Sales & Marketing personnel play a vital role in driving Marston's forward

Production & Distribution

Based in Marston's Beer Company, the production and distribution team are at the centre of what we do. From Head Brewer to Warehouse Operative, each role in this area ensures that our brands are successful and that our pubs never run dry

Administration & Clerical

Across Marston's, a range of administrative and clerical support is required to support our daily operations

Finance & Accounting

As a business with a turnover of over £1.5m per day, finance and accounting forms a large part of Head Office activity within each division. Employees in this area are given excellent development opportunities to help further their career.

Human Resources

We employ over 11,000 people. With a wide range of job roles and needs, each of these people are well looked after by our Human Resources team

Customer Services
