Dagenham Girl Pipers celebrate the new Pipe Major

The Pipe Major was opened today by The Worshipful the Mayor of Barking and Dagenham, Councillor Simon Bremner, with Council Leader, Councillor Darren Rodwell, Councillor Tony Ramsay and the Dagenham Girl Pipers who performed for the staff, friends and family who had come along to support the opening.

Pipe Major, Sheila Hatcher said: “The restaurant is just what the area needed I certainly will be taking the family there for a meal, the design both inside and out is great and I hope we can enjoy it for years to come.”

Situated on Yew Tree Avenue, this brand new Marston’s pub restaurant is the perfect place to come and enjoy anything from drinks with friends to family meals. Be spoilt for choice by our varied and extensive menu, complemented by our freshly prepared carvery roasts offering a daily selection of three meats and unlimited seasonal vegetables. From the Flame Grilled Sweet Chilli Salmon to the Chocolate Orange Stack Pudding, you will always have plenty to choose from.

There is also a fantastic Alfresco dining area, which can be experienced whilst enjoying our extensive drinks menu showcasing the best in cask ales from Marston’s Breweries and a great wine selection, as well as a range of soft drinks.
