The Scratchcard Revolution is here!

This month has seen us launch SMILE scratch cards! These are our new and exciting way of rewarding and recognising the hard work of our pub team members.

The scratch cards are "on the spot" rewards being given out by our Operations Team and other head office staff when they are out in our pubs. They are being given to team members for a whole host of reasons, including delivering excellent customer service, reaching a milestone in their length of service, or receiving a high number of WOWs!

Every scratch card has a prize ranging from a complimentary drink or dessert to cinema tickets and shopping vouchers. There are also a number of golden ticket prizes including an IPad and £500 of holiday and shopping vouchers. Not only this, but every scratch card winner has the chance to be entered in a monthly prize draw to win £100!
