After closing the doors to our pubs, bars and hotels in March, we’re pleased to have welcomed many of our customers back.
We’re proud to be supporting NHS Test and Trace at all of our sites. If you’d like to register your details and play your part, you’ll find posters around each pub with more information, including a QR code you can quickly scan with a smartphone.
You’ll find all the information you need about your visit on your local pub’s website, including opening hours and how to book a table (use the pub finder tool to find a pub).

It’s really important to us that our pubs, bars and hotels continue to offer memorable occasions for every customer and every community – but that we do this with the safety of our teams and customers in mind.
This means there are some changes to the way we’re doing things from now on. Taking these extra precautions makes sense at this time, so you can just relax and enjoy your visit – like you always have! There’s more detail about the changes we’ve made below, so you know what to expect when you pay us a visit.
We’re welcoming our customers at the door, and there’s signage to help guide you around the pub safely, in line with social distancing guidelines. We’ve also introduced enhanced cleaning and hygiene measures. This includes making hand sanitiser available at the entrances, and disposable menus which will be recycled after use.
We’re running a reduced menu – but don’t worry, your favourite pub classics are still available! This means we can operate with fewer people in our kitchens and stay compliant with social distancing guidelines, while maintaining the great service you’d expect.
We’re looking forward to being back together again very soon, and we’d like to thank all our teams, customers and partners for doing their bit to keep everyone safe.

We’re excited to be rolling out a new online ordering system called Marston’s Tap. It enables customers to order from their table, as well as from home for some click and collect services.
It is now more widely available in the majority of our food-led pubs. Alongside this, we’re testing a new delivery service with Deliveroo and Just Eat at a handful of our sites. Visit https://www.marstons.co.uk/pubs/finder/ to find a pub near you.
