Our Customer Services team is the best in the Black Country. Our Beer Company team took the top spot for ‘Customer Service Excellence’ at the Express & Star Business Awards grand finale last week.

We’ve got a team of 116 advisors and support teammates, and they take around 21,700 orders for delivery to over 11,000 pubs and outlets every month! The judges visited Marston’s House and were bowled over by our knowledgeable teammates and the outstanding relationships they build with customers.
This award win further builds on the Customer Service Excellence accreditation that the team’s held since 2014.
